The small things we return to

How we begin the morning. The way we speak to ourselves. What we read, watch and make room for.

These ordinary moments can easily pass unnoticed. I’m interested in paying attention to how they feel: which ones I enjoy, which ones leave me drained, and which I keep repeating simply because they are familiar.

This is not an invitation to build a perfect routine. Some mornings are rushed. Some choices are constrained. There is already enough pressure to do everything well.

But where there is room to choose, perhaps we can start small.

What is one ordinary thing you would like to make more space for?
